When you activate a ManageMyMinutes subscription online, we require you to supply your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and company name. Credit card information is used only to provide payment to the services you have subscribed to. We do not share your credit card information with third parties except as required to provide payment for the services for which you have subscribed.

When you use the ManageMyMinutes service to prepare resolutions and other documents, you complete a corporate profile that is stored on our servers and provide other data points that are used to create documents specific to your company. ManageMyMinutes does not use this information for any purpose other than preparation and storage of documents as described in our service offering.
